It’s Our Birthday!
20 Years of 100% Powerboat Dedication Launch & MotorYacht (1999-2001) & Pacific MotorYacht (2001-2011) At the New Zealand Boat Show, June 1996, we launched the first issue of New Zealand Propeller magazine, the first and only magazine totally devoted to trailer boating. The response was exceptional and with the industry on a high and a stable economy, the magazine boomed. In the last issue we presented a pictorial of some of the great boats, great destinations and great products from the pages of Propeller Magazine (1996-2011). In Part 2 we look at some of the more interesting local boats that appeared in the pages of Launch & MotorYacht and Pacific MotorYacht. In part three (Sept-Oct issue) it’s the turn of Pacific PowerBoat (2011-now) and our other stand alone publications in the last 20 years, Pacific PassageMaker, (2011-2014), China Yachting (2006) and Australian PowerBoat (2003-2005).
