DEMEY Yachts has completed a new power catamaran design in response to enquiries for a boat in the 10-11 metre range. Designed for coastal cruising and fishing, the new model will feature the advanced composite construction the Tauranga yard is known for.
The catamaran has a hull length of 10.7 metres, an overall length of 11.8 metres and a beam of 4.0 metres, with power supplied by twin 300 hp outboards.
Accommodation comprises a double cabin forward and two single berths aft, complemented by a walk-in head with shower. A convertible saloon settee provides an additional double berth.
The helm is positioned on the centreline, with a full-size galley to port. A side-entry door provides direct access to the dock or water, while the spacious cockpit opens onto a fishing platform between the outboards.
