Look for a range of the latest McLay Boats
Missing your boat show fix, then maybe you should make your way to Tairua Marina in early August
“We have had an incredible response from the industry and now have a waiting list for exhibitors to get into the show”, says show organiser, Stuart Arnold.
He says that as soon as he announced the show, his phone ran hot and to date, there will be over 80 boats on display, both around the Tairua Marina complex and in the marina.
“We have most of the leading brands of trailerable aluminium and fibreglass boats coming to show, and there will even be a few new releases”, added Stuart.
With the cancellation of the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show due to Covid-19, the industry and the public have been hanging out for a boat show. While Tairua may not be a very central location for a boat show, it is certainly a beautiful venue. Stuart says he is expecting show visitors to come from not only around the Coromandel, Whitianga and Tauranga but also Hamilton and Auckland.
Along with the full range of trailer boats, you can expect to see a comprehensive display from most of the leading electronics brands, plus boating and fishing accessories.
The Tairua Boat Show runs from Aug 8-9 and is open from 10.00 am to 5 pm both days with free admission and is based around the Tairua Marina.
