The new Purekraft 650 HT is the result of a lot of inquiries for a hard top boat of this size.Â
With an attractive finish in a Purekraft made-up metallic gunmetal grey, the 650HT is powered by 200hp Honda giving a top speed of nearly 40 knots, with a 220-litre fuel capacity.
It sits on custom Purekraft double-axle braked acid-washed alloy trailer with rollers instead of skids (both available).
Relatively simple compared to Hall Marine Design (HMD)’s other designs it is still packed full of the company’s unique design features. These include a custom baitboard, transom trash locker, handy portofino lockers on the platform and Purekraft’s combination rod/drinker holders.
The 650HT also comes with a folding rocket launcher so it can fit in an owner’s shed and there are cabin berth extensions so the owner can overnight (a clever twist for a smaller boat).
Overall dimensions are 6.80m x 2.42m, with an 18 deg alloy hull. Trailerable weight including 200 litres of fuel is 2240kg. Power options are outboard or sterndrive, with boat #1 powered by a Honda BF200.
