PRINCESS YACHTS UNVEILS ALL-NEW X90

Princess Yachts has introduced the latest model in its award-winning X Class range, the all-new Princess X90. Positioned between the X80 and flagship X95 Vista, the X90 brings a new dimension to the brand’s “super flybridge” offerings. Blending cutting-edge design, expansive space, and signature Princess luxury, the X90 is a natural evolution of this forward-thinking series. With standout features and international appeal—including strong interest from the Australian market—it’s already generating significant buzz.

Princess Australia Sales Executive Tony Jones describes the X90 as “a unique proposition in its class,” citing its innovative design elements. Notably, it’s the first Princess model to feature drop-down balconies on both sides of the cockpit, dramatically increasing outdoor living space and enhancing the connection to the sea. The curved patio doorsaft and optional gullwing door in the owner’s suite provide seamless flow between interior and exterior zones. “The X90 takes Princess’s hallmark of open bridge sports yachts and raises the bar,” says Jones. “With climate-controlled skylounges, customisation options, and superyacht-like features, it’s truly in a class of its own.”

Princess Australia Managing Director Greg Haines recently visited the UK factory and toured the X90 full-size mock-up. “The glass transom, open-plan cockpit, and fold-down balconies make the aft deck an incredible social zone,” he said. “It has all the qualities you’d expect on a superyacht.” Inside, the main deck saloon is flooded with natural light thanks to expansive glazing. The galley, also on the main deck, can be configured either open with a breakfast bar or fully enclosed. A side deck door offers direct crew access for enhanced privacy. The main deck master stateroom spans the full beam with panoramic 180º views and optional private access to a secluded Owner’s Foredeck Terrace, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Above, the enclosed Skylounge offers generous seating, with space for an 85-inch TV and optional day head, making it a luxurious space for movie nights or game-day gatherings. Aft of the Skylounge, owners can tailor the deck to suit – options include a spa bath, bar, loose furniture, or tender crane. Forward on the flybridge, a flexible seating area converts to sun loungers with ease. Below deck, the X90 offers three ensuite double cabins as standard, with an option to create a five-cabin layout. Crew quarters forward of the lower deck accommodate up to three crew with separate living and galley space. Set to debut in early 2026, the Princess X90 builds on the innovation of the X Class with elevated luxury, intelligent design, and an unmatched onboard experience.
