Princess Yachts has been awarded Best Flybridge Yacht Over 55ft for the Princess F58 at the 2026 Motor Boat Awards, presented during boot Düsseldorf 2026, the world’s largest indoor boat show.
The prestigious accolade recognises the Princess F58’s exceptional design, intelligent use of space, and outstanding build quality in a highly competitive category.
At 18.2-metres, the F58 stood out to the Motor Boat & Yachting judging panel for delivering superior comfort, practicality, and refinement — qualities that define the Princess brand.
Judges praised the F58 for its dedicated main-deck dining area, a feature rarely seen in this size class, along with its bright, spacious saloon, highly social flybridge, and well-balanced three-cabin layout. Compared with its predecessor, the F55, the F58 represents a significant step forward in liveability, volume, and onboard flow, making it ideally suited to family cruising and entertaining.
Designed and built in Plymouth, England, the Princess F58 blends timeless British craftsmanship with modern performance. Powered by twin MAN V8-1000 or V8-1200 engines, the yacht delivers confident cruising speeds in the 20–25 knot range, with top speeds exceeding 30 knots, ensuring a smooth and capable ride across a wide range of conditions.
Commenting on the award, Greg Haines, Managing Director of Princess Yachts Australia said: “The Princess F58 is a remarkable yacht and this award is a powerful endorsement of just how well she’s been conceived and executed.
“What sets the F58 apart is the way she delivers genuine liveability — from the dedicated dining area to the social flybridge and beautifully balanced accommodation — without compromising performance or refinement. To see her recognised on the world stage at boot Düsseldorf, and now arriving in Australia, is incredibly exciting for our clients and our team.”
The Judges noted: “The Princess F58 is a standout example of how thoughtful design can elevate the ownership experience,” praising its luxurious yet practical layout, exceptional comfort, and impressive build quality.
The award places the Princess F58 at the top of its class, having competed against leading international luxury flybridge models at the 2026 awards ceremony.
The Princess F58 has arrived in Australia and will be available for viewing from early March. The F58 forms a key part of the Princess Yachts Australia fleet, reinforcing the brand’s position at the forefront of luxury flybridge yacht design.
