
Mercury Marine a leader in marine propulsion systems and a division of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE:BC) has announced several leadership changes that will support growth in key international markets.
Enrique Bolanos has been named General Manager, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia (APAC), replacing Brad Zoelle who was announced as Boston Whaler president. This strategic appointment underscores Mercury’s ongoing commitment to developing world-class leaders internally and driving growth in key international markets.
Bolanos transitions to the APAC region after four impactful years with Mercury’s Latin America organisation, where he most recently served as General Manager for Latin America. During his tenure, Bolanos was instrumental in expanding market share and revenue, reflecting his proven leadership and dedication to excellence.

Prior to joining Mercury, Enrique held leadership positions with several global companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Vascular, and Marriott. His diverse experience and track record of success will play a key role in elevating Mercury’s presence across the APAC markets.

As Enrique assumes his new role, Mercury also announced additional leadership changes to continue its momentum. Raquel Silva will succeed Enrique as GM for Latin America, bringing deep expertise and regional experience to her new position. Silva brings a strong track record from her recent role as Sales Leader for Latin America, as well as her previous experience as Finance Leader for Latin America based in Brazil.
