Advance Trident is excited to announce the addition of Tom Ritchie to the ATL Team. Tom is taking on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager at Advance Trident, with a huge passion for the water, whether it’s fishing or diving, he’s well equipped to support Advance Trident’s ongoing success. Tom looks forward to leveraging his experience working over in London with his local knowledge to help enhance the company’s presence in the market and drive new opportunities forward.

Before joining Advance Trident and travelling, Tom spent three years with Garmin NZ, where he gained a deep understanding of both the marine and tech sectors. His time abroad in London gave him a broader global perspective and giving him a renewed appreciation for what the New Zealand lifestyle has to offer.

Growing up immersed in New Zealand’s marine industry as the son of Hutchwilco CEO Tim Ritchie, Tom gained first-hand insight into the industry. This connection, combined with a large appreciation and interest in marketing, makes him well-positioned to help guide Advance Trident to new horizons.
