The first two Roger Hill designed DEMEY 60 Explorer Catamarans are progressing well atthe Demey Yachts yard. 

The first two Roger Hill designed DEMEY 60 Explorer Catamarans are progressingwell with systems and engineering now starting to be installed, all of the systems androuting were designed & mapped utilizing 3d modeling software prior to construction,enabling detailed construction of the carbon fibre internal structure for both boatswith the added benefit of also streamlining the build processThe engine bays are currently getting painted and the Cummins QSB6.7 550hpengines getting prepped for installation, as these boats are designed for long-rangeexploring, forecasted fuel burn, fully loaded with a cruising speed of 18 knots isapprox 124 litres per hour

Alongside general boat construction, most of the internal joinery for both boats isfinished to a very high level and on standby for when it’s needed, the entire interiordesign and styling is meticulously planned, DEMEY Yachts pride themselves onincluding their customers in the complete build process from the start to finish,starting with the interior, offering detailed 3d renderings to ensure the customerknows exactly what the boat will look like when finished.
