Demey Yachts Showcases New High-speed Foil-assisted Cruising Catamaran By Roger Hill Yacht Design

New Zealand – DEMEY Yachts is proud to present a new high-speed cruising catamaran, designed by Roger Hill Yacht Design. Purpose-built for the demands of South Pacific cruising, the vessel combines advanced performance with long-range capability and refined onboard living.

Measuring 23.3 metres in length with a beam of 7.5 metres and a draft of just 0.89 metres, the catamaran has a displacement of approximately 56,000 kilograms. These proportions have been carefully optimised to deliver both stability and efficiency across a wide range of operating conditions.

Engineered to deliver exceptional speed and range, the vessel achieves a cruising speed of 30 knots with a range of approximately 1,200 nautical miles. At full power, it is capable of reaching speeds of up to 40 knots, driven by twin 1550hp MAN engines. The incorporation of foil-assist technology enhances efficiency, reduces drag, and improves ride quality in varying sea states.

The accommodation layout is centred around three well-appointed double cabins, along with a dedicated crew cabin, offering flexibility for both private owners and extended cruising with crew onboard.

Designed with lifestyle in mind, the cockpit serves as the heart of the vessel, with a strong focus on entertaining. Expansive spaces and seamless indoor-outdoor flow create a versatile and welcoming environment for guests.

This project highlights DEMEY Yachts’ commitment to delivering high-performance, custom-built vessels that reflect the latest in design innovation and craftsmanship, brought to life through the expertise of Roger Hill Yacht Design.
