Galeon Yachts Launches First Outboard Model

by admin

Galeon Yachts has announced a new outboard series, beginning with the Galeon 325 GTO.

Powered by twin Mercury Verado 350s, the 325 GTO took the best part of three years to develop and is the first in what will be a collection of outboard powered models up to 40-plus feet.

From the full hardtop to the in-hull ports, everything is moulded in. At the same time, the boats come with a multicolour lighting package, single level deck throughout, power adjustable helm seats and steering wheel, and interior appointments consistent with their larger yachts.

The bow area is particularly spacious since the 325 GTO carries the 3.3m full beam far forward. The aft of the boat features unique fold-down ‘beach mode’ platform to port, something that has become a signature of larger Galeons in recent years. It is complemented by transom seating that can face fore or aft.

Galeon builds a range of sport cruisers, cruisers and flybridge yachts from 30ft-70-plus feet.
