A Grady White Fisherman 236, the first Grady-White 2022 model range, was recently unwrapped in Auckland.
Powered by the latest Yamaha V6 300hp motor with Yamaha EX Helm Master, the boat has many new upgrades and features compared to the previous model. These include carbon fibre 18ft outriggers with polished S/Steel 316 bases.
The grunty handle can be used not only to move riggers 360 degs to set but also wind up and down. The poles also have a twist & lock feature to close down when required and also have proper rollers built-in at each section to run lines through. These are a first in New Zealand.
The Fisherman 236 also has an entirely new fully integrated colour-coded hardtop with recessed LED deck and running lights, new radio secure box and rails etc. There is a brand new style self-launch roller fitted to the 236.
