Gurit Engineers invited the team from Pacific Power Boat Magazine along to impact testing of Gurit CorecellTM at the Centre for Advanced Materials Manufacturing and Design Testing Laboratory at the University of Auckland.
The testing is used to evaluate the toughness of hull designs, using various testing methods including a 6m drop tower and a large 14,500L water tank test! You can read the full article from the Jan-Feb issue here.
