Just launched, a robust 5.5m cat, designed by Blair Lewis of Transformarine Naval Architects a 5.5m Katana Cat, built by Santana Walters of Hauraki Boats the 5.5m Katana Cat looks impressive just sitting on the trailer, let alone out on the water.
Powered by a single 175hp Yamaha engine, the boat in initial testing topped out at 33 knots. The vessel was handed over to Santana’s very happy client last Monday.
