HIGHFIELD POWERED BY ZEROJET

by admin

The recent boot Düsseldorf boat show featured the new ZeroJet-powered Highfield EJET330 RIB.

The model has an electric jet propulsion system developed by ZeroJet, the New Zealand-based electric jet systems specialist. By joining forces, the two companies combine Highfield’s performance and strength with ZeroJet’s efficient and powerful electric power system.

With no propeller to worry about, the EJET330 can be used in shallow depths and easily beached.

A low profile also makes it the perfect choice for compact storage onboard in tender garages. At 3.36 metres long and 1.82 metres wide, and with a 15˚ deadrise, the tender includes an FCT console wheel steering and system. It features a 10.8kWh battery and 15kW of power, equivalent to 20hp. The boat can reach 25 knots maximum speed and can cover 12 nautical miles at 14 knots.
