Designed for repeatable results, HORL® pairs a magnetic angle block (to stabilise the blade) with a rolling knife sharpener that tracks evenly along the edge from heel to tip. The system uses two core sharpening angles – 20° and 15° – making it suitable for a wide variety of knives.
From there, it’s simply a matter of choosing the model that suits the way knives get used day to day. The range includes three sharpeners, (all HORL® Sharpeners come with a diamond sharpening disc) each built with durability and craftsmanship at the core:
HORL®3 Cruise (RRP $209) is the easiest entry point — built for everyday sharpening and simple upkeep, with a body made from ocean-bound recycled plastic. HORL®3 Cruise keeps things streamlined: its discs aren’t interchangeable and it finishes with a stainless steel disc that smooths the edge.
HORL®3 (RRP $349) is the all-rounder, combining premium design with flexible performance. Finished in solid oak or walnut and built with meticulous workmanship (including 40 individual quality checks), it’s a masterpiece of craftsmanship for all who value flexibility. The HORL®3 comes preinstalled with a ceramic honing disc to refine the edge and thanks to the HORL® Quick Lock system, discs can be swapped easily to fine-tune the finish across a wide range of knives.
HORL®3 Pro (RRP $819) takes performance to the extreme. Crafted from dark bronze aluminium with technical precision, it features a planetary gearing system for up to three times faster rolling speed, plus a slider-controlled angle selector offering six sharpening angles. Preinstalled with a ceramic honing disc to refine the result — and thanks to the integrated HORL® Quick Lock system — it’s built for those with specialised knives who want to get the absolute most out of them.
