Haswing Challenge returns with a $15k prize.
The Haswing Trolling Motor Challenge is a great way to test your skills, win bragging rights over your mates and possibly take home a $15,000 Zodiac prize package. Held in the Hutchwilco Pool, the Haswing Trolling Motor Challenge involves competitors racing to complete a tricky course as quickly as possible, using a Zodiac inflatable RIB powered by a Haswing electric trolling motor. There are a number of “tasks” to complete along the way, making this challenge a lot harder than it looks! The winner, the person with the fastest time for the correctly completed course, will win a great little boat package, courtesy of Haswing’s New Zealand distributors, Lusty & Blundell. Consisting of a 3.6-metre Zodiac Cadet 360 Alu Light RIB (rigid inflatable boat), a Suzuki 15hp outboard, a custom-made Hosking trailer and a pair of Spinlock Deckvest Lite lifejackets, the prize has a retail value of over $15,000.
You can register online to select the day and time that best suits you on the Boat Show website OR if you register on the Lusty & Blundell website you’ll also go in the draw to win a $200 merchandise package. At the show, registrations will be accepted for the remaining times at the Raymarine caravan, alongside the Hutchwilco Pool.
