L&B appoints experienced customer service expert Gerla-Anne Lloyd as Service Administrator.
Gerla-Anne, who is based at the company’s headquarters in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore, will be the first port of call for those needing service or wanting to make a warranty claim. She will also be responsible for booking in service jobs, co- ordinating those jobs in the service department and being the communication link between customers and the service department.
With a degree in computer engineering and a post graduate diploma in business administration, Gerla-Anne is also a very experienced customer service expert and has held a variety of responsible positions, including being a branch manager for a leading multi-national company. “Gerla-Anne is a great fit for our service department,” says L&B’s service manager Reg Werner. “She is extremely hard-working, is very good at communicating with our customers and has a great sense of humour.”
