Princess Y72
Princess Yachts displayed eight yachts at last week’s Cannes Yachting Festival, including the global debut of the all-new Princess Y72 motor yacht.
It was also the European premiere of the Princess X95, the first model in Princess’s new ‘super flybridge’ X Class. It was also reported that the company sold two at the show. This brings their tally now to over 20 sales of the X95. The complete S Class range comprising the S62, S66 and the S78 and the F50 and the F55 plus the dynamic V60 make up the exceptional lineup.

Princess announced their continued commitment to setting industry benchmarks in sustainability and reduced environmental impact at the show with some exciting news about partnerships and new innovative projects.
The all-new Princess Y72 attracted considerable attention. Featuring the latest Princess exterior design and interior finishes, with beautifully sculpted exterior forms, she is fitted with expansive full-length hull windows, also seen on the highly anticipated flagship of the range, the Y95, due to launch in 2022. Indoor and outdoor living areas are optimised to create sociable yet practical spaces, whilst powerful twin MAN V12 1650mhp engines provide up to 34 knots of power.

Princess Yachts’ new ‘Superfly’ X Class range re-defines the practical potential and lifestyle options aboard with a complete re-think of yacht architecture. Designed in collaboration with Olesinski and Pininfarina, the X95 is the first model in Princess Yachts’ new X Class. Challenged with setting a new standard of layout excellence, defined by large, adaptable spaces that can be used and formatted in numerous ways, it offers the owner and guests a uniquely flexible boating lifestyle.

Both the flybridge and main deck interior space cover almost the entire length of the yacht, creating the Super Flybridge – the X Class’s defining characteristic. This new layout provides 10% more outdoor space and 40% more indoor space than a traditional motor yacht.
