SAXDOR SET THE STAGE FOR ITS LARGEST-EVER SHOW PRESENCE AND WORLD PREMIERE OF THE 460 GTC AT BOOT DÜSSELDORF

The all-new Saxdor 460 GTC arrived in Düsseldorf ahead of its world debut at the world’s largest indoor boat and marine exhibition, boot Düsseldorf 2026. The Finnish shipyard presented its largest appearance to date, showcasing the entire Saxdor fleet and its latest innovations in a brand-new stand in Hall 1.

At the show, Saxdor delivered its most extensive display to date, featuring an eight-model lineup spanning the brand’s full range, from compact dayboats to its new 46-foot flagship. Exhibited in a newly designed stand in Hall 1, the display highlighted Saxdor’s rapid growth and evolution over just six years, with the 460 GTC positioned at the top of the range as the natural next step in the brand’s development.

Fresh from the shipyard, the arrival of the 460 GTC marked a symbolic transition for Saxdor’s most ambitious model yet, as it entered its next phase and was introduced to the public for the first time. The 460 GTC complemented the existing fleet by translating Saxdor’s signature DNA into a larger and more refined format, delivering an enhanced onboard experience while remaining true to the brand’s core values.

Designed for year-round use, the new model featured an enclosed wheelhouse that opened seamlessly to the exterior through a series of innovative design solutions. When opened, the glass elements slid away, transforming the deck into a single continuous space directly connected to the surrounding environment. The main living area brought together the helm, a dedicated dining space and a spacious galley in a well-proportioned, social layout, transitioning effortlessly from daytime cruising to evenings at anchor. Expansive outdoor areas were enhanced by fold-down terraces, while adaptable layouts suited both day boating and extended stays. Life on board was shaped by a balanced integration of interior and exterior spaces, supported by features such as a 55-inch TV in the saloon, optional terrace hammocks that emphasised proximity to the water, and multifunction gangways for easy boarding and sea access.

This versatility extended to the lower deck, where the interiors were configured for extended cruising with a standard two-cabin layout, comprising a master cabin with a separate shower and a private mid-cabin. An optional aft cabin and additional head further expanded accommodation, comfortably hosting additional guests. Interiors were finished in a light colour palette with soft lighting, complemented by carefully selected wood veneers and clean, linear cabinetry that added warmth and understated craftsmanship.

Alongside the world premiere of the 460 GTC, Saxdor’s stand showcased the full breadth of its current range, offering visitors a comprehensive overview of the brand’s evolution. The complete 400 Series was on display in all three variants – 400 GTC, 400 GTO and the recently introduced 400 GTS – highlighting the versatility of the platform. The lineup was completed by the Saxdor 340 GTWA wheelhouse walkaround, the best-selling Saxdor 320 GTO and its enclosed counterpart, the 320 GTC, as well as an updated 270 GTO.
