This role is diverse, from on-the-water customer demos, quoting sales, and handing over boats to happy customers. On water photo shoots, boat detail videos, coordinating boat show stands and fishing competitions. Social media and general brand advocate. This is an opportunity to combine your experience in sales and marketing with your passion. Working with customers to assist them in their boat owning dream. Key Responsibilities
Quoting of new boats and assisting customers with their orders and options
- Sea trials and demonstrating the range direct to customers
- Handover of new boats to excited new owners
- Maintain customer relations
- Support and attend major boat shows
- After-sales support with follow-up and answering queries
- Social Media creation and content
- Representing the brand at events
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Positive, problem-solving & can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Exhibit great interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with internal services and external customers
- Marine knowledge is vital, as are competent boat handling skills
- Knowledge of boats and outboard motors
- Current NZ drivers license
