Issac Burrough
Eco-conscious designer Isaac Burrough has been confirmed as the first speaker for the prestigious The Superyacht Gathering.
Isaac Burrough is an eco-conscious boat designer with over a decade of experience in the yachting industry. His independent studio steers superyachts into a sustainable future by redefining materials, layout, and construction.
Burrough creates initial sketches through 3D modelling, visualisation, layout design, and detailing with a modern aesthetic and regularly consult leading designers and shipyards. He has contributed to the completion of over ten superyachts.
Burrough designed for Feadship — an elite Dutch builder of custom superyachts —for six years while based in the Netherlands. In 2018, he established Isaac Burrough Design to continue providing fully tailored services to global clients while innovating within a sustainable design.
Burrough has always lived close to the water. He currently resides in Wānaka, a resort town on New Zealand’s South Island, with a love for life outdoors.
The purpose of The Superyacht Gathering is to build a culture and community of like-minded people within the superyacht industry to share and inspire for the better good of our livelihood, the sea and all beings that live in, on and around it.
