Yamaha has expanded its retail presence in the Waikato with the appointment of Woodbine Marine Hamilton as a new dealer.
The opening of Woodbine Marine Hamilton further strengthens Yamaha’s footprint in the Waikato region, complimenting the already established Rollo’s Marine, Paeroa Marine & Cycle Centre, Whitianga Marine, Matamata Marine and Yamaha partners Tristram Marine.
Located at the corner Te Rapa Rd and McKee St, in the Hamilton suburb of Pukete, the new 3000 sqm dealership will officially open on 1st May. The dealership compliments Woodbines outlet in Auckland, which has been open since 2006.
Newly appointed Yamaha ambassador Matt Watson will also be attending the grand opening to help in officially opening the new dealership.
As well as the sale and service of Yamaha outboards, Woodbine Marine Hamilton will also retail Buccaneer Boats and Stabicraft – of which both brands are also Yamaha partners. A large number of new Buccaneer and Stabicraft / Yamaha packages are already in stock.
 “Building on the success of our Auckland dealership, we saw this as the perfect time to expand into the Waikato,” says Woodbine Marine’s Sam Harvey.
 “We’re excited to be servicing the wider Waikato area, with great new products from Yamaha and of course two of New Zealand’s leading boat brands in Stabicraft and Buccaneer.”
